Thank you for completing your self survey.
Your next step in the RealTime 360 process is to select respondents. The respondents will provide feedback by completing the exact survey that you took to rate yourself.
You will select your respondents using the RealTime 360 online tool. All you have to do is enter their e-mail addresses and relationship using the pull-down menu. You can return to this tool to edit your list throughout the entire self-survey phase.
***It is important to remember that, except for your manager, you need at least three individuals in each group (e.g., direct report, peer, customer) to have the data sorted into distinctly labeled groups (versus a composite group).
