Realtime 360 Surveys - Emotional Intelligence (EISA) 360

The EISA 360 is a comprehensive emotional intelligence tool created in partnership with Pfeiffer and MHS as part of the Emotional Intelligence Skills Assessment (EISA) workshop. This premier 360-degree emotional intelligence skills development resource includes: the EISA Self (completed by the Participant) and the EISA Observer (completed by others chosen by the Participant).

EISA SELF: a 50-item assessment that provides a way for the individual to measure their use of emotionally and socially intelligent behaviors on a validated five-dimensional system. It takes 15-20 minutes to complete.

EISA OBSERVER: a 50-item assessment that provides 360-degree feedback on the frequency of specific emotionally and socially intelligent behaviors on a 5-point scale, completed by 7-10 people selected by the Participant.

While the EISA Self provides for self-measurement, the EISA Observer collects valuable 360-degree feedback from bosses, co-workers, direct reports, and others who have direct experience of the individual Participant.
