This is another example of how we can customize our surveys. This is an example of changing the standard numerical scales into a survey which is based more on specific behaviors to provide feedback and analyze performance levels.

Once the surveys have been completed, we use an inutive and innovative way of displaying results. This method removes the idea of "score values" and translates the values into a growth scale, so that users can see where they fall on the chart and where their raters feel they fall. We can then easily identify areas of improvement, known strenghts and hidden strengths.

Developmental Suggestions

When an area of improvement is identified, the user can easily access developmental resource which are selected specifically for this area of growth. These resources are presented in a way that the user can quickly identify resources and using a pick and click "shopping cart" like method, easily adding resources to their development plan.

Development Plan

After all resources have been selected, they are added to a development plan where the user can set the status, deadline dates, and leave notes for themselves or others to read.
